The steam is shut down in Sackett Hall, Austin Hall and Learning Innovation Center for emergency repairs as of May 21, 2019. This will affect all steam services, includes heat & hot water building wide. A second notice will follow when the steam has been restored.

As part of the Research Way Lab Building (RWLB) project, an electrical shutdown to perform breaker modifications at three panels is necessary. Shutdown begins at 7:30 AM on 5/22 and is ends at 5:00 PM on 5/23. The fire alarm system will change to a temporary circuit while this electrical work occurs and will change back to its permanent/original circuit when this electrical work is complete at end of day on May 23. The fire alarm will be in service and on backup power during the shutdown and the fire sprinklers will be in service the entire time.

Facilities Services will be performing annual load bank testing for the below listed building emergency/ stand-by generators.  Each test will take approximately 3 hours. There may be excessive noise and possible exhaust fume odors associated with testing.  Each generator will be refueled after testing.

As part of the Burt Hall re-roofing project, we will be closing some of the parking spaces on the north side of the building for crane placement and material movement on and off the building.  The ADA parking spaces will remain open as will pedestrian access into the building.
