P & M – Printing Tips

PROOFING YOUR PROJECT

November 22nd, 2011

PROOFING
When you place your order through Printing and Mailing, you can request to see a PROOF of your project. A proof is one actual printed piece of the project that you have ordered. It is on the paper that you requested, in the correct colors and folded (if needed) to be just like what your final pieces should look like.

We recommend requesting and reviewing a proof on your projects as it gives you a perfect way to make sure that what you have sent in electronically will be exactly what you get when the order is complete. When you request a proof, we will process your file(s) and call you when the proof is ready for you to look over. If you approve the proof, then we can begin the printing process. If you wish to make changes after reviewing your proof, you can do that as well.

Proofing is a great way to make sure that you are going to be happy with the final printed project.

Call us at 541-737-4941 if you have any questions about proofs, or any of our printing and mailing services.
