Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria normally live in the intestines of people and animals. Most E. coli are harmless and actually are an important part of a healthy human intestinal tract. However, pathogenic strains can cause serious illness, and it can be transmitted through contaminated water or food, or through contact with animals or persons. Multidrug resistant strains are mainly responsible for most of the cases of bacteremia, community-associated, nosocomial, and urinary tract infections, and are difficult to treat with antibiotics. Due to the increase in rates of antibiotic resistance that pathogenic microbes has posed challenges in choosing empiric regimens. A research was been conducted to alter the antimicrobial sensitivity with the influence of biofield energy treatment (known as The Trivedi Effect®). The results obtained are very unique, which were published in International peer-reviewed journal (General Medicine). As the complementary therapy aspects, to fight with multidrug resistant isolates, sensitivity of antimicrobials tested has been altered by 50%, while minimum inhibitory concentration was altered by 40.63%. Further, the biochemical reaction patterns was 39.39% altered, with changed biotype number. As energy medicine has been recognized as complementary and alternate medicine (CAM) that is very commonly practiced in USA by healthcare professionals. With this unique biofield energy treatment on pathogenic microbe by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, the antibiotics can effectively work with higher potency at lower dose i.e. by two to four fold decreased concentration. The biofield energy therapy development could be a new strategy to combat the phenomenon of antimicrobial resistant.

I never imagine that any such energy could alter the antimicrobial sensitivity at this extent. If after biofield energy treatment the antibiotics agents can effectively work with higher strength at lower dose, then I envision this research has numerous favorable circumstances for human health in future time.
