Facilitators

TEAMS grant facilitators for each district support participants throughout the program. 

• Participants meet monthly, in-person with their district-based facilitator to tie coursework to local initiatives.
• In addition to convening regular meetings of each district group, facilitators support TEAMS participants with community-based projects.
