We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the name servers. Only one name server will be taken down at a time to minimize any potential impact. Each host will be unreachable for approximately 5 minutes while maintenance is in progress and the system is rebooted.

Any services hard-coded to a single name server will likely experience issues until that name server is restored.

Cyder will continue to be available although any changes will not be pushed live until the maintenance is complete.

On Saturday Sept 19th at 9:00pm we will be doing maintenance to add a new VLAN 1276.

This should not cause any outages we will be working with NOC having them plumb it into our infrastructure.  We expect this to take less than a hour.

On Saturday Feb 28th 2015 during our maintenace window starting at 10:00pm I will apply pending windows updates which will require a reboot of the vm. This will take about 10 to 15 minutes before all services are up and running again.  During which time the Vsphere web client will not be available.

We will be working with NOC to add vlan 3820 to our blade enclosures ports. This will be done to one  datacenter  at a  time.

VMware released a update to fix the openSSL library so I will be appling that update May 3, 2014 at 9:00pm This means vcenter web client will not be available during this upgrade.  Scheduling 1.5 hours to be on the safe side.
