This blog belongs to the Social and Environmental Justice (SEJ) Work Group in OSU’s College of Education.  At the end of spring term 2014, we voted to change our name from the Cultural and Linguistic Diversity (CLD) Work Group to the Social and Environmental Justice Work Group.  We wanted to be more deliberate in including environmental justice in our professional development work.  We continue to be advocates for equity in education.  This includes examining power structures in teaching and learning, sharing visions of inclusive practices, and promoting an engaged and engaging perspective on education.
