Every dollar then helped me become the person that I am today, and as a way to give back, the staff and I decided to have our own first annual scholarship contest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All applicants must either be a U.S. citizen or legal resident Alien with residence in one of the fifty states or the District of Columbia, famously known as Washington D.C.<\/li>\n<li>You must be at least 17 years of age to apply, or get your parents\u2019 permission if you\u2019re a whiz kid<\/li>\n<li>All applicants must be currently enrolled at an accredited University or accepted for the school seasons.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No Major Requirements <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deadline: <\/strong>August 31st<\/p>\n<p>For more information on applying, please visit their site <a href=\"http:\/\/atcemsce.org\/scholarship-program\/\">http:\/\/atcemsce.org\/scholarship-program\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the president of Atcemsce, I remember the struggles during my college days.
