{"id":146,"date":"2015-07-23T20:39:38","date_gmt":"2015-07-23T20:39:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/scholarships\/?p=146"},"modified":"2015-07-28T17:03:39","modified_gmt":"2015-07-28T17:03:39","slug":"smart-scholarship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.blogs.oregonstate.edu\/scholarships\/2015\/07\/23\/smart-scholarship\/","title":{"rendered":"SMART Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eligibility:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a U.S. citizen at time of application,<\/li>\n<li>18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2016,<\/li>\n<li>able to participate in summer internships at DoD laboratories,<\/li>\n<li>willing to accept post-graduate employment with the DoD,<\/li>\n<li>a student in good standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale at the time of award<\/li>\n<li>Must be pursuing a degree in one of the fields listed <a href=\"http:\/\/smart.asee.org\/about\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0(Science, Mathematics, Research, Engineering etc.)<\/li>\n<li><u>Undergraduate applicants<\/u> must be currently enrolled in a regionally accredited U.S. college or university and have a high school diploma\/GED. Current high school students are not eligible to apply.<\/li>\n<li><u>Graduate applicants<\/u> can be either currently enrolled in a regionally accredited U.S. college or university or awaiting notification of admission to such.
