Eligibility:

  • Scholarship is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least (13) years of age or older as of the date of entry and have been accepted at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law
  • In order to receive the prize,entrants must provide proof of enrollment at a college or university. The payoff will be delivered via check to the specified college or university. See Section 5 for additional details.

The Portland Chapter of CFMA Scholarship – up to $3000

Description: The Portland Chapter of CFMA awards scholarships to students with accounting, finance, or construction management majors. All students who apply by the deadline and meet the minimum requirements specified in the instructions are eligible for these scholarships.

Eligibility:

  • Enroll in an eligible Oregon/SW Washington Colleges or Universities as a full-time student
  • Enroll in either a Bachelors or advanced degree program in finance, accounting or construction management or have a declared finance, accounting or construction management major
  • Demonstrate a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Submit a current transcript from the Colleges or Universities attended thus far
  • Submit your current resume
  • Submit 2 letters of recommendations, with one academic and one from the business community (letters cannot be from a member of the applicant’s immediate family)

Being blessed enough to graduate from college, as well as law school, Billings and Barrett recognize that while many people may have the talent and fortitude to go onto higher education, many lack the opportunity to do so simply due to their family situation.

Eligibility:

  • The scholarship is open to any student presently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States.
  • This includes incoming first-year college students who are either high school graduates or in possession of a GED
  • Scholarship candidates must be the first member of their family to attend college
  • All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing, maintaining a cumulative average grade of a B (3.0 GPA.)

  • High School Seniors, Undergraduates, Graduates as well as international students who have a learning disability can apply
  • Must have a documented learning disability
  • Candidate must be enrolled as a freshman, undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university for the 2018 Fall semester

To further support our tradition and mission of helping students save, we are offering four scholarships for the fall 2018 quarter/semester (or single equivalent term). Each scholarship award is a value of up to $2,500 for use in connection with tuition, fees, books, supplies and equipment required by each winner’s university. Give us some insight into your personal background, your philosophy about learning, why you chose your field in particular, and any other information you feel is relevant. These will be judged based on originality, creativity, organization of thought, and proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

  • Essay length should be 300 words minimum
  • Proof that you have a 3.0 GPA or higher (Unofficial transcripts meet this requirement

Brown, PC is now accepting applications for the firm’s National Founder’s Scholarship, a $500 stipend which will be awarded to a current U.S. undergraduate student earning their bachelor’s degree in business, with a demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship. The award will be paid directly to the student, and can be used for any expenses related to undergraduate education, including but not limited to tuition, room, board, books, or commuting expenses.

Pacific Forest Foundation Scholarship-$1,000

The PFF scholarship program has awarded over $50,000 in scholarships to worthy student seeking an education and career in the forest products industry or related areas. We seek student who are attending 2- or 4-year colleges such as; local community college, industry trade college, technical college, and state college who have forestry and industry-related courses. We award 5 to 10 scholarships annually; scholarships ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 each.

Eligibility:

  • The potential contribution of the student in a forest resource, production, or related field
  • Merit – scholastic performance in all classes (GPPA)
  • Potential of applicant’s future in the industry
