The PFF scholarship program has awarded over $50,000 in scholarships to worthy student seeking an education and career in the forest products industry or related areas. We seek student who are attending 2- or 4-year colleges such as; local community college, industry trade college, technical college, and state college who have forestry and industry-related courses. We award 5 to 10 scholarships annually; scholarships ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 each.

Eligibility:

• The potential contribution of the student in a forest resource, production, or related field
• Merit – scholastic performance in all classes (GPPA)
• Potential of applicant’s future in the industry
• Letters of recommendation
• Transcripts provided
• Financial support of the student is NOT a criterion for selection
• Completion of application: grammar, ability to express self, neatness and accuracy of information submitted
• Proof of acceptance to vocational school, community college or university
