Eligibility:

• Anyone who is currently pursuing a course of study at any duly accredited community or junior college, undergraduate or graduate degree program anywhere in the United States
• High school graduates or GED holders who are about to embark or college-level studies
• showcase personal examples of community service undertaken even in the face of personal, financial, or legal hardship
• must supply proof that they are in good academic standing, as evidenced by a minimum cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0
