Eligibility:
- Must be U.S. citizen or legal U.S. resident (international transfer students are eligible if enrolling in a U.S. institution)
- Student has been accepted to an accredited undergraduate/post graduate program or college located in the United States for the following term
- Program can be two or four year vocational, college or university
- Must be enrolled full-time
