Eligibility:

• U.S. citizen or legal U.S. resident (international transfer students are eligible if enrolling in a U.S. institution)
• Currently enrolled full-time in a degree program at an accredited college in the United States or will be by time scholarship is rewarded
• Enrolled or going to be enrolled in a community college, undergraduate or graduate degree program
