Qualifications:

• Must be Tillamook County High School Graduate
• Currently attending accredited college with minimum 9 hours per term
• Minimum 2.5 GPA for first year
• Currently second year student and/or 30 credit hours

• Selections will be made based on financial need, GPA, goals, extracurricular activities, community involvement, work experience and letters of recommendation
