Eligibility:

• Student must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in health care or a related field.
• Special consideration will be given to those who are currently employed in the health care field, members or veterans of the U.S. military, and those who are willing to practice in Oregon or Arizona.

Submission Deadline: Due the last Friday of April each year.
