Every year, BCMGA awards a scholarhisp for the purpose of encouraging and enhancing post-secondary, academic study of horticulture, botany, and plant science.
Eligibility:
- Student must be a matriculated, registered student at Linn-Benton Community College or Oregon State University.
- Student must have declared a major in botany, horticulture, and/or plant science.
- Student must have completed at least 24 college credits
- Student must have demonstrated interest and involvement in activities relevant to the goals of the Benton County Master Gardeners.
Application Deadline: second Monday in April
