The FiSCA National Scholarship Program is available to benefit deserving college-bound high school seniors from families in areas served by its members.
Eligibility:
- Student must be a high school senior with plans to be/that is accepted at an accredited College or University.
- Student must be a U.S. Citizen, national, or permanent resident
