Yaquina Bay, where the Yaquina River meets the Pacific Ocean, is one of Oregon\u2019s richest sites of oceanic study.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/osucommons\/4654112747\/in\/set-72157624082591978\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4028\/4654112747_7ff32bbe72_m.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While only a portion of the Bay is located in Newport, Oregon, this collection of images has some great shots of Newport and the surrounding area.
