If it looks as though Cognos isn’t working properly, or you have a question, please send an email to OUS Cognos Support. Here are some suggestions for what to put in the email:
- Your login name & phone number
- Your campus or site
- What are the symptoms? (copy the error message, if possible)
- Do others have the same issue?
- Is this something new or has it stopped working? How recently was it working?
- What are you using to access Cognos? (operating system & browser type are especially important)
