OSUHAC would like to invite you to enter our 6th annual photo contest, “Aging and Music”. The voting will take place at a table at Dam Jam. We look forward to seeing your photos for this year!

This year, our Sixth Annual Photo Contest highlights music and age!
Those entering photos for contest submission must be within Corvallis or Albany. Two entries maximum per person.
Please submit your photos with short, descriptive blurbs by Tuesday, May 28th, 2019. The top photos will be voted on at Dam Jam
To enter, here’s what to do:
Simply send an e-mail to osuhealthyagingclub@gmail.com that includes these four items:
- Your photographs
- Sign the release form. The release form can be found here: OSU-Model-Release-long_form (1)
- Your full name, phone number, and email
- A caption on/for your photo!
Prizes
- Grand Prize package includes a $50 OSU BeaverStore Gift Card, a Hydro Flask and much more!
OSU Healthy Aging Club would like to extend thanks to the OSU Beaver Store for the generous donation of the OSU BeaverStore Gift Card; to the OSU MU Retail Foodservice for generous donation of the HydroFlasks; and to the Director of Communications & Marketing, College of Public Health and Human Sciences, Oregon State University for generous donation of special OSU gear and souvenirs.
