THE OSUHAC “THANK-A-VET” EVENT IS  APPROACHING!

This will be the THIRD annual Thank A Vet event that OSUHAC will host!

The week of Veteran’s Day we will table in the SEC Plaza and have the Oregon State community write personal thank you notes to the Veterans who reside at the Oregon Veterans Home in Lebanon. A group of students will then go to the facility to personally hand deliver the thank you notes to each Veteran on Veteran’s Day. It is a truly special and heartwarming event.

We are in need of volunteers to table Tuesday, Nov. 7 and Wednesday, Nov. 8 from about ~10:45am to ~5pm.  If we get all the cards completed before, we’re done early!

We are hoping for two to three people to help us table during each half hour time slot.
