Highlights

OSS Online Appointment Scheduling:

Our new online appointment scheduling system, TimeTrade, is now available to all students with an active ONID username and password to make appointments.

TimeTrade allows students to:

  1. Schedule an appointment with their assigned academic advisor at http://health.oregonstate.edu/advisors.
  2. Schedule a 15-minute, 25-minute, or 50-minute appointment based on the type of appointment needed.
  3. Schedule an appointment up to 6 weeks in advance.
  4. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment 24/7 online.
  5. Schedule a same-day appointment if an appointment is made by 8am.

Students receive:

  1. A confirmation notification email in their ONID inbox, upon the initial appointment creation. Students also receive a rescheduling or cancellation notification email, upon those events.
  2. An appointment reminder email 24 hours prior the appointment. If a student schedules an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, they do not receive an email reminder.
  3. An Outlook and iCal appointment file upon the initial appointment creation. This syncs the appointment to the student’s calendar if applicable.

Please note that if you schedule an appointment with an advisor other than your assigned advisor, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.  If you do not know who your assigned advisor is, you can log in to MyDegrees, which lists your assigned advisor, or you can call us at 541-737-8900, and we will be happy to help you.

OSU’s long-standing Earth Day celebration goes beyond the typical in Beyond Earth Day! Spanning two weeks (April 22 – May 5) and hosted at a variety of locations, the program features activities focused on sustainability and the interconnections between people and the environment. Whether you’re interested in checking out the over 40 booths at the annual Community Fair, enjoying live music at the annual Organic Growers Club Hoo Haa, giving back through service, or marching in solidarity for science, this year’s Beyond Earth Day offers all that and much more! See the full calendar.
