REFORMA Oregon is intended to be a professional organization for librarians and library staff who serve the Spanish-speaking and Latino communities. The organization&#8217;s past-president and co-founder, <span style=\"font-size: medium\">Mart\u00edn Blasco,\u00a0was the issue&#8217;s guest editor.
