Oregon State is building a new student residence hall that’s scheduled to open in the fall of 2014. The 85,000-square-foot residence hall, most of which features three-bedroom suites with a shared bathroom, will house about 300 students. Additional community bathrooms and showers will be available on each floor. Other amenities include a large kitchen and study area on each floor and a free laundry room. The new hall, conveniently located near the McNary Dining and service centers on the east side of campus, will be open to both first year and returning students.
