This is a great opportunity to develop leadership and technical skills, along with giving you a competitive advantage while applying for future careers. The program is one-year and is open to all undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural Sciences. Students work closely with a mentor, community organizations, as well as other students to increase leadership strengths and prepare for post graduation. To apply please complete the attached application along with a resume, and cover letter.
