The OSU Bird Nerds is a student-run ornithological club at Oregon State University (OSU). The mission of the club is to provide OSU students with an opportunity to learn more about the amazing world of birds through bird-related activities, r\u00e9sum\u00e9-building experiences, guest speakers, species identification workshops, and field trips. They share the knowledge gained from these activities with the Corvallis community through volunteerism, education, and conservation involvement.<\/p>\n
Some of their activities they do as a club are tree climbing workshops, bird walks, raptor identification and day and overnight trips.<\/p>\n

Their club motto is \u201cGiving Back and Growing Forward\u201d.
