  • Continue installing roof
• Lab Wing Main Roof:
  • Continue installing hot fluid-applied rubber asphalt
• Penthouses:
• Lab High Roof West:
  • Continue installing roof

• FRAMING SHEATING (2^nd & 3^rd Floor)
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Finish installing temp window protection (if needed) *

• FRAMING SHEATING (1^st Floor)
  • Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Finish installing flashings and window steel
• Auditorium – North Elevation:
  • Finish installing exterior gyp
  • Start installation of window steel as well as the air and water barrier
  • Install the flashings
• Auditorium – East Elevation:Auditorium – South Elevation:
  • to install window steel and flashings**
• Auditorium – West Elevation:
  • Finish Installing weather barrier, window steel, and flashings
  • Begin installing temp window protection if needed

• WINDOWS & SIDING
• Lab Wing – West Elevation:
  • finish installing vertical siding
• Lab Wing – North Elevation:
  • Continue installing vertical siding
  • Begin installing beauty cap and flashing

• Lab Wing – East Elevation:
  • Install beauty cap and flashing
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Finish installing beauty cap and flashing
  • Begin installing horizontal cleat
• Auditorium – East Elevation:
  • Install flashings and trim
  • Install backer rod and caulk
  • Begin installing insulation and horizontal cleat
• Auditorium – South Elevation:

• Auditorium – West Elevation:
  • Finish installing vertical Z girt and install windows, flashings and trim
• Auditorium – North Elevation:
  • Begin installing vertical Z girt

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
• Mechanical & Back of House:
  • Install panels/feeders in electric rooms
• Lab Wing Level 2 – Rough-in:
  • Finish Stuff and spray for STC’s
• Stairs:
  • Continue to finish stair interiors

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
• ODF&W Parking and Sidewalks:
  • Remove asphalt and fine grade East side
• Ramp:
  • Finish backfilling up to the fluid applied weather protection
  • Begin the complete bentonite and fluid applied weather protection
