  • High Roof Auditorium:
    • Finish installing roof
  • Evacuation Ramp:
    • Start Hot rubber roofing *
  • Low Roof Auditorium:
    • Start installing foam into Epic deck
  • Lab Wing Main Roof:
    • Continue installing hot fluid-applied rubber asphalt (tying to exterior walls)
  • Penthouses:
    • Finish installing framing *
    • Start installing sheathing *
  • Lab High Roof West:
    • Continue installing roof

• FRAMING SHEATING (2^nd & 3^rd Floor)
  • Lab Wing – North Elevation:
    • Finish installing temp window protection (if needed)
  • Lab Wing – East Elevation:
    • Finish installing temp window protection (if needed)
  • Lab Wing – South Elevation:
    • Start installing air & water barrier, window steel at pop outs, and flashing at pop outs

• FRAMING SHEATING (1^st Floor)
  • Lab Wing – West Elevation:
    • Finish installing exterior gyp board, window steel at head & sill, flashings, and air & water barrier *
  • Lab Wing – North Elevation:
    • Finish installing window steel at window head & sill, flashings, and air & water barrier, and temp window protection *
  • Lab Wing – East Elevation:
    • Finish installing exterior gyp, air & water barrier, flashings, and window steel at head & sill *
  • Lab Wing – South Elevation:
    • Start installing steel studs *
  • Auditorium – North Elevation:
    • Continue installing steel studs
  • Auditorium – South Elevation:
    • Finish installing steel stud floor clips *
    • Continue installing steel studs *
  • Auditorium – West Elevation:
    • Finish installing steel stud floor clips *

• WINDOWS & SIDING
  • Lab Wing – West Elevation:
    • Continue installing siding horizontal cleat
    • Start installing vertical siding wood cladding *
  • Lab Wing – North Elevation:
    • Continue installing windows
    • Start installing flashings and trim
  • Lab Wing – East Elevation:
    • Installing windows
    • Start installing vertical z girt

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
  • Mechanical & Back of House:
    • Finish installing in-wall MEP at Electrical Rooms
    • Finish installing gyp top out
  • Lab Wing Level 2 – Rough-in:
    • Continue installing MEP in Labs
    • Continue framing walls (starting at E/3 clockwise)

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
  • Mechanical Enclosure M0101:
    • Installing rebar, pouring, and stripping Generator Pad and footings *
  • ODF&W Parking and Sidewalks:
    • Finish balance of storm work *
    • Installing Storm FC Manhole No.1 and storm chambers
    • Excavating for Public Rain Garden

• SITEWORK & UTILITIES
  • Finish installing potable water and fire water laterals
