About Lauren Cohen

My name is Lauren and I’m 23 years old. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Ohio University last May. I received my Bachelors degree in Nutrition Sciences, then moved to Portland, Oregon to do my dietetic internship at Oregon State University. Throughout my education experience I have had some unique opportunities to share my passion for nutrition with others. I have worked in hospitals, community gardens, fitness/community centers, elementary schools, and summer camps. What I really love about nutrition is exploring and understanding people’s relationships and attitudes towards food. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, running, playing piano, and painting.
