Missing value will be noted as 0, will this affect the result?<\/li>\n<li>Hawaii and Alaska are included. Will exclusion of HI and AK affect the result?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both: Yes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Redraw the map<\/li>\n<li>Only keep the matched records \u2013 2838 counties<\/li>\n<li>Exclude Hawaii and Alaska<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. It only identifies low value clusters or high value clusters.
