Papers (300 words or less) are now being accepted <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.ideal-logic.com\/cms?key=F3T9-25VWY_K9KH-5PTF_53473bb2\">here<\/a>.<\/h3>\n<h3>Online submission deadline for abstracts (oral and poster presentations) has been extended to\u00a0<strong>February 19th<\/strong>!<\/h3>\n<p>Abstracts (300 words or less) are welcome on all topics related to forest regeneration around the world. Of special interest are papers related to the <em>changes and challenges (environmental, ecological, technological, economic, and social) associated with the successful regeneration and management of young forests.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Topics of interest include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vegetation management and invasive plants<\/li>\n<li>Seedling health (insects and disease)<\/li>\n<li>Tree improvement and genetics<\/li>\n<li>Seedling production, quality, and physiology<\/li>\n<li>Precision silviculture and intensive forest management<\/li>\n<li>Forest economic and policy influences on regeneration<\/li>\n<li>Modeling forest regeneration and young stand dynamics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Those who submitted abstracts will be informed of their acceptance via email by March 6<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abstracts now open!
