Also refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1KdgfL5EPX0ibJOMzYUz0OrpGQZb9Fdyrb0mfMEqSQac\/edit#heading=h.mxewjt93mm7u\">managing county content guide<\/a> for specifics on entering content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All teams<\/strong> (topic, program, county):<br \/>\nAs more content gets added to the website, keep sending us your questions and suggestions. It helps to clarify if you\u2019re on the right track before you enter too much content. Your suggestions help us to make needed changes, too.<\/p>\n<h3>Tips for content entry<\/h3>\n<p>When entering in your content, remember to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure any links do not point to content on the current Extension website (URL includes http:\/\/extension.oregonstate.edu\/)<\/li>\n<li>Include a thumbnail image, so that it looks unique on the landing pages (when in the edit screen, click the thumbnail button to upload)<\/li>\n<li>Tag your content in Step 2 of the edit screen with the topics, programs, and\/or counties it may relate to (so it can show up across the site in all relevant places)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Content: Good examples<\/h3>\n<p>As more content is entered, we\u2019ll show examples of well-formatted content on the site. This week we highlight this article: <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.stage.extension.oregonstate.edu\/produce-forage\/pastures-forages\/hay-options-when-youre-short-hay-0\">Hay Options \u2013 When You\u2019re Short on Hay<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It uses short paragraphs with the key point in the first line of each.<\/li>\n<li>The headings make it easy to skim.<\/li>\n<li>The style of writing to \u201cyou\u201d is welcoming.<\/li>\n<li>The tips are clear and helpful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next week we\u2019ll look for an example of a well-formatted program landing page or county sub-page to share. Here\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/media.oregonstate.edu\/media\/t\/0_0rjr05fy\">video with instructions on making a sub-landing page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>What\u2019s next<\/h3>\n<p>We are still designing the topic landing pages and will continue to work with content team leaders on this.
