{"id":88,"date":"2012-01-19T10:32:07","date_gmt":"2012-01-19T18:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/erlenmeyer\/?p=88"},"modified":"2012-01-19T10:33:23","modified_gmt":"2012-01-19T18:33:23","slug":"internalexternal-fee-book-open-for-fy13-entries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.blogs.oregonstate.edu\/erlenmeyer\/2012\/01\/19\/internalexternal-fee-book-open-for-fy13-entries\/","title":{"rendered":"Internal\/External Fee Book Open for FY13 Entries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s the time of year to review existing (non-academic or non-course) fees and\/or request new fees.\u00a0 Please browse your department\u2019s existing fees at <a title=\"http:\/\/osufees.bus.oregonstate.edu\/\" href=\"http:\/\/osufees.bus.oregonstate.edu\/\">http:\/\/osufees.bus.oregonstate.edu\/<\/a>.\u00a0 Changes to existing fees or new fees would be effective <strong>July 1, 2012<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Any changes to existing fees or requests for new fees must go through an approval process<strong> .\u00a0 The deadline for Internal and External fee proposals is Friday<em> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">March 16, 2012<\/span><\/em><\/strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">.<\/span><\/em><strong> <\/strong>Proposals submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the University Internal\/External Fee Committee (I\/EFC).\u00a0 Before receiving final approval, external fees must be made available for public review in the Valley Library for 30 days before a mandatory public hearing is held in June.<\/p>\n<p>For any revisions or additions, a justification will be needed to explain how the fee was calculated. \u00a0A worksheet with the calculation could also be submitted.\u00a0 Samples of Recharge Fee Calculation Forms can be found within the exhibit section of the FIS Manual. <a href=\"http:\/\/oregonstate.edu\/fa\/manuals\/fis\/003\">http:\/\/oregonstate.edu\/fa\/manuals\/fis\/003<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All existing fees must be reviewed annually, even if there are no changes.\u00a0 <strong><em>Please confirm by March 1 that you have reviewed all existing fees,<\/em><\/strong> If you only wish to change the index or some wording within the description, please let me know by the March 1 date.<\/p>\n<p>For assistance with University Fees, see the Fee Criterion section <a href=\"https:\/\/fees.oregonstate.edu\/Public\/FeeCriteria.aspx\">https:\/\/fees.oregonstate.edu\/Public\/FeeCriteria.aspx<\/a> within OSU Fees Online.\u00a0 This section contains Fee System Instructions plus links to informative policies.\u00a0 If you have any questions, please contact <a href=\"mailto:Cindy.Alexis@oregonstate.edu\">Cindy Alexis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s the time of year to review existing (non-academic or non-course) fees and\/or request new fees.\u00a0 Please browse your department\u2019s existing fees at http:\/\/osufees.bus.oregonstate.edu\/.\u00a0 Changes to existing fees or new fees would be effective July 1, 2012.
