Student sought for researcher of the year:<\/strong> For the first time, OSU plans to recognize an OSU student as its \u201cUndergraduate Researcher of the Year.\u201d \u00a0This award, which seeks to recognize significant scholarly efforts (research- or creativity-based) inside and outside of laboratory environments, will be presented to one student participant in the <a href=\"http:\/\/oregonstate.edu\/ua\/events\/cue\">Celebrating Undergraduate Excellence <\/a>(CUE) event to be held on the MU Quad on May 21. \u00a0Students in all majors are eligible. \u00a0Nominations for the award are due no later than May 3 and must come from faculty mentors.\u00a0For a nomination for or for questions, email Kevin Ahern at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ahernk@onid.orst.edu\">ahernk@onid.orst.edu<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW!
