WAHESC will be Feburary 16-17, at Gongaza University in Spokane, WA.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The theme this year for the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/wahescconference.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">2017 conference<\/a> is &#8220;Caring for our Common Home.&#8221; They would like to hear from you about how institutions from across regions and advance sustainability in higher education. While you may not live in the state of Washington, WAHEC welcomes stakeholders throughout the Pacific Northwest to participate in this grand event. Is it through social justice, &#8220;green&#8221; jobs?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovation and Leadership<\/strong>. How are students, faculty and staff influencing sustainable change on your campus?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Operations.<\/strong> How could a college be run with utmost efficiency, and the most sustainable way possible?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planning,\u00a0Administration,\u00a0and\u00a0Institutional\u00a0Characteristics.<\/strong> Big picture thoughts on how can universities modal sustainability within a community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information regarding the session styles and selection criteria, click <a href=\"http:\/\/wahescconference.org\/downloads\/WAHESC%202017%20Call%20for%20Proposals.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sound like something you would be interested in?
