The conference is set out to create change and action in terms of sustainability within Oregon&#8217;s institutions of higher education.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/ecologue\/files\/2015\/10\/ohesc-e1445540479203.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8553\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/ecologue\/files\/2015\/10\/ohesc-300x69.jpg\" alt=\"ohesc\" width=\"420\" height=\"97\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For the conference, OHESC invites\u00a0you\u00a0to propose any of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posters:\u00a0visual presentation of a topic allowing viewers to learn on their own while the presenter discusses particular points in one-on-one or small group conversations.<\/li>\n<li>Panel discussions:\u00a060 minute sessions with two or more presenters and a moderator who facilitates a discussion between presenters and audience members after a short presentation by each panelist.<\/li>\n<li>Workshops:\u00a060 minute interactive sessions that include a brief presentation and time for audience members to participate in discussions and\/or activities that will help them better understand the topic.<\/li>\n<li>Case studies:\u00a020 minute presentations about a particular focused topic. Each selected case study will be organized with two other case studies into 60 minute blocks.<\/li>\n<li>Networking meetings:\u00a0sessions for discussions about a particular topic. Networking meeting proposals are to include a topic, a facilitator, and an agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All presenters are expected to register for the conference; in addition, registration is required for the proposed session to be included in the conference program.
