Don&#8217;t have a lot of space or lack a yard? The <a href=\"http:\/\/oregonstate.edu\/sustainability\/ssi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Student Sustainability Initiative (SSI)<\/a> is offering a workshop to get you started.<\/p>\n<p>SSI is hosting a worm compost bin workshop <strong>Monday, November 8th, at 5:00 pm at the Student Sustainability Center<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/oregonstate.edu\/campusmap\/?layers=1,&amp;locations=963\" target=\"_blank\">738 SW 15th St, Corvallis<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Learn ways to implement a small scale composting system for your your living space. We&#8217;ll explore the topic of vermiculture (using worms for composting) and talk about ways that you can use your compost. This is a hands-on workshop; attendees will build and take home their own mini compost bin. No charge for students.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first in a new series of fun and educational workshops related to sustainability that will be offered throughout the year by the SSI.
