Applications are now available for three alternative spring break trips for March 19-26, 2016, brought to you by the Center for Civic Engagement

The Spring Break trips for 2016 include:

  • Change, Not Coins: Hunger & Homelessness in San Francisco, California, Estimated Trip Cost: $455 (Includes 4 dinners and breakfast)
  • Tangled Roots: Community & Cultural Engagement in Yakima, Washington, Estimated Trip Cost: $145 (Includes 4 dinners)
  • Digging Deeper: Environmental Restoration & Conservation: Ashland, Oregon, Estimated Trip Cost: $225 (Includes 4 dinners)

A new addition this year is alternative break travel grants that students can apply for and be awarded based on financial need.

The applications are due Wednesday December 2, 2015 by 5pm online or to the Student Experience Center (SEC) Front Desk. For more information about the alternative break program, download the application packet, or apply online here:http://sli.oregonstate.edu/alternativebreaks.
