The\u00a0first is a Saltonstall-Kennedy grant (SK grant) titled &#8220;Fieldable Early Detection Method for\u00a0<em>Vibrio\u00a0tubiashii<\/em> toxin from marine hatcheries&#8221; and is funded by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and approved by National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). It is for $187,500 and ends on 7\/31\/2011<\/p>\n<p>The second one, &#8220;Effect of\u00a0<em>Vibrio\u00a0tubiashii<\/em> on\u00a0West Coast Shell fish,&#8221; is another NOAA grant, also called Oregon Sea Grant.
