The instrument was donated by Stan and Judy Stearns\u00a0who\u00a0were the honored guests at\u00a0a dedication ceremony\u00a0for the new facility on Friday, Sept. 23. The\u00a0MRI will be used\u00a0for dogs, cats, and other small animals and will\u00a0assist\u00a0clinicians to better diagnose and prescribe treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Stan and Judy Stearns are the founders of the non-profit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gabrielinstitute.org\/\">The Gabriel Institute<\/a> whose purpose is to support research to find a cure for canine bone cancer.
