This year’s Student Chapter of the Veterinary Medical Association (SCAVMA) Olympics took place May 9-13. Events included a veterinary-themed abbreviation challenge, a field day filled with relays, water balloon tosses, and root-beer floats, “A Minute To Win It” competition, Jeopardy, and an evening of pizza and good company at Woodstock’s Pizza Parlor to top it all off.
While the Class of 2012 took first place in the abbreviation challenge and the Class of 2014 dominated the games for “A Minute to Win It,” it was the Class of 2013 that had the most wins overall. The winning class will be treated to an ice cream party courtesy of SCAVMA.
