Position Overview —<\/strong>
\nThe Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new and qualified opportunities for Sales through the use of tele-prospecting and diligent lead generation tactics. The ideal candidate will have experience in building pipeline for HR services or consulting services in general. The position requires the ability to use outbound prospecting skills along with excellent interpersonal and verbal skills for working with Sales and Marketing teams.<\/p>\n

Requirements —<\/strong>
\nSelf-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks
\nAbility to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
\nAbility to identify key contacts within prospective accounts, ideally has worked with research tools and database to accomplish this
\nIdeally 2+ years in a lead generation or inside sales position
\nExperience with CRM applications such as Salesforce and Zoho
\nConversational with the ability to securely schedule next step — Appt, etc.
\nTrack and document new contact customer data
\nAttention to accuracy and detail throughout high volume calling
\nMaintain accurate prospect database and deliver information to Sales team in a timely manner
\nSupport other Sales and Marketing efforts as assigned
\nStrong experience with MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint<\/p>\n

Weekly Expectations —<\/strong>
\n20 calls per hour \/ Each account to include appropriate contact(s) with name, title, phone # and email \/ Defined next step for handoff to Sales and Marketing
