How to Pick the Right File Extension<\/a> [Infographic]<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Web based image tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/pixlr.com\/\">pixlr.com<\/a>&nbsp;(if you don&#8217;t have photoshop use this for basic resize\/crop etc)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/kraken.io\/\">kracken.io<\/a>&nbsp;(small image files are good files. if you don&#8217;t have photoshop&#8217;s &#8220;save for web&#8221; &#8211; use this)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/imageoptim.com\/\">imageoptim.com<\/a> (desktop app for macintosh to compress image files. best for png &#8211; ok for jpg)<\/li><li><a title=\"Photo Editor | Polarr - Online Photo Editing Re-imagined.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.polarr.co\/editor\">Polarr.co<\/a> (or <a title=\"Polarr Photo Editor RAW - Chrome Web Store\" href=\"https:\/\/chrome.google.com\/webstore\/detail\/polarr-photo-editor-raw\/djonnbgfieijldcieafgjcnhmpcfpmgg\">chrome extension\/desktop app<\/a>) Free, browser-based equivalent of Lightroom. (really kinda neat)<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/29a.ch\/film-emulator\/\">Film Emulator<\/a> (kinda like VSCO brand filters that emulate all sorts of film camera &#8211; can be good starting point for a particular look\/feel)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PDF<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/smallpdf.com\/compress-pdf\">smallpdf.com<\/a>&nbsp;(fast and easy pdf compressor. It simplifies the use of preprocessors and combines them with best postprocessors.
