Dr. Ted Williams (’09) recently donated a Friday afternoon to share his experiences with overseas medical missions with first and second year pharmacy students as part of the College’s PharmD Enrichment and Professionalism Program (PEPP).
Dr. Williams works for the OSU/OHSU College of Pharmacy Drug Use Research & Management and recently joined his wife, also a pharmacist and alum, on a medical mission trip to India in June of 2012 with the organization GHO (Global Health Outreach). Through photos and anecdotes, Ted brought his experience to life for the students and challenged them to consider global opportunities to expand their professional and personal horizons both as current students and as graduates.
