On the evening of September 26th, Dean Mark Zabriskie and the College of Pharmacy welcomed 91 new pharmacy students to the pharmacy profession. These pharmacists-in-training received white coats symbolizing the responsibilities and privileges of being a pharmacist and publically accepted this honor by reciting the Pledge of Professionalism. The class was also addressed by College of Pharmacy alum Robin Richardson (Class of 1984), Senior Vice President for The ODS Companies.
The Class of 2016 is made up of 86% Oregonians, 63% females and 37% males, and have an average age of 24.
