In August, co-authors Dr. Matt Ito and Dr. Craig Williams article “Let’s Get Healthy! Health Awareness Through Public Participation in an Education and Research Exhibit” was featured as a special article in Progress in Community Health Partnerships journal published by John Hopkins University Press. Eleven researchers collaborated in this project, which was designed to “use interactive community health events to improve awareness of chronic disease risk factors while collecting data to improve health.” Read this article and learn more about the “Let’s Get Healthy!” program in the Fall 2012 journal issue available here.
