P4 Sarah Bissonnette presented a poster entitled, “Hospital readmission rates decrease with increasing pharmacy density in rural and urban communities in Oregon” at OHSU Research Week on May 2, 2016. The poster was co-authored by alumnus Leah Goeres (’13), PharmD. Assistant Professor David Lee, PharmD, PhD was lead author.
