Many faculty presenters represented OSU/OHSU College of Pharmacy at OSPA Lane County CE Winter event late February.
Dr. Brian Bowers did a very nice job with the Veterinary panel presentation.
Dr. Ali Olyaei was well received—he can captivate a crowd!
Dr. Myrna Munar did an exceptional job of presenting kinetics, a subject she makes understandable and fascinating. She was engaging and easy to follow.
Dr. Natalea Braden-Suchy presented her newly designed “Cultural Competency” material that is going to be turned into a new online CE module. This presentation brought forth an entirely new concept to many in attendance.
Dr. Ann Zweber did an introduction of the “Patient Safety Panel” and headed the poster presentation component of the event as well.
Drs. Dan Rackham, Shannon Stawalt, Lorinda Anderson, and Maureen Ober (OHSU, and now OSU Affiliate Faculty) presented a 90 minute panel introduction to the newly designed Patient Safety and Medication Error Reduction curriculum, also being turned into online CE.
