Submission Deadline March 7, 2012 at 5pm
Thanks to the generosity of the pharmacy community, $1,500 scholarships will be offered to students currently enrolled in a pharmacy degree program and either a Pharmacy Students Society member (which includes OSHP) or OSHP members who will be full-time pharmacy students during the 2012-2013 academic year. The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic performance, health care-related work experience, involvement in leadership activities and community service, and two references. The application deadline is March 7, 2012. Application packets must be complete and submitted in hard copy (no e-mail materials) to be considered.

Scholarship recipients will be announced at the OSHP Annual Seminar, which will be held at the Sunriver Conference Center in Sunriver, Oregon on Saturday, April 21 during the Awards Banquet. Please consider registering for the Annual Seminaronline at www.oshp.org. Letters will be sent to the scholarship recipients the week following the seminar.
