Michele called and said ACH failed to produce a file with any content or the treasury even though 6 invoices were tagged and waiting. No errors in any logs except for a missing line in the fabchks log having to do with no check batch running. FABCHKS is set up to skip all processing if no fatckno record found. Investigating found indeed no fatckno record created for FABCHKS to start processing. Michele thought it might be due to 1 person’s record on GXADIRD but I believe it was a failure of the trigger to insert the fatckno record on the form FWAPACH. Maybe a table lock on fatckno.
